The 21st Century Research & Technology Fund was created in 1999 to stimulate research and development efforts in the state.

For 2016, we examine the performance of the 21st Century Research & Technology Fund, the Indiana Angel Network Fund, SBIR/STTR matching funds, and the Indiana High Growth Fund. Our study is broken into two phases: Macroeconomic Impact & Trends, and Technical Analysis on Performance & Policy Recommendations.
